Azzedine Benzaza is probably best known as a the former world Hip Hop champion. But the Belgian choreographer with Algerian roots started dancing as a young boy. Early on in his life he became fascinated by the blendingpower of street dance and the exhilarating vibe of his dancing heroes. Starting out as a trainee in breakdance and moving on to hip-hop choreography in order to create his own style.
Azzedine has participated in a range of (fashion) shows, musicals and television programs. His iconic hip hop status has led him to working with some of the greatest performers across the globe. In doing so, he was the supportingchoreographer of Lauren Hill, The Game, Craig David, Busta Rhymes, Marilyn Manson, Technotronic and many others. His international career contributed largely to the foundation of hisaward winning dance school AZ-ART in Ghent.
As a personal coach he is seeking to train people with a variety of physical, cultural, ethnic and racial backgrounds. Thrilling yet heart warming, both his dance and reshape classes prove that Azzedine is a real creator.
See you in september in the streetdance classes!
